1. Sportsmanship
- Always show respect for coaches, teammates, opponents, and referees.
- Play fair; cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
2. Teamwork
- Work together with your teammates to support each other.
- Communicate positively on and off the field.
3. Attendance
- Arrive on time for practice and games. Notify the coach in advance if unable to attend.
- Regular attendance is important for development and team cohesion.
4. Dress Code
- Wear appropriate athletic gear, including a jersey, shorts, shin guards, and cleats.
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during training.
5. Safety
- Follow all safety instructions from coaches and staff.
- Report any injuries or unsafe conditions to a coach immediately.
6. Behavior
- Maintain a positive attitude and be willing to learn.
- Disruptive behavior, including excessive talking back, fighting, or bullying, is unacceptable.
7. Participation
- Everyone is expected to participate fully in practice and drills.
- Encourage each other and celebrate team efforts and achievements.
8. Respecting Property
- Respect team equipment, facilities, and the environment.
- Clean up after yourself and be responsible for personal items.
9. Parent Involvement
- Parents and guardians are encouraged to support their children positively and refrain from coaching from the sidelines.
- Attendance at parent meetings and volunteering for team activities is appreciated.
10. Alcohol, Drugs, and Tobacco
- The use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco products by players is strictly prohibited.
Consequences
- A warning from the coach.
- Temporary removal from practice or games.
- A meeting with the player, coach, and, if necessary, a parent/guardian.
- Repeated or serious misconduct may result in suspension or expulsion from the program.
